Cookie Policy
Last updated June 2, 2026
This page is about the cookies on uselieva.com, not about your agents. The cookies described here keep the website signed in, secure, and measurable; none of them touch the trace data you send us, and none of them carry your LLM provider API keys, which never reach Lieva in the first place. The only cookie we set without asking is the one that remembers your cookie choices.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file the website asks your browser to store. The next time your browser talks to us, it sends that file back, which is how the site can remember you are signed in across pages or recall a setting you picked. Some cookies are deleted when you close the tab; others stay for a fixed period until they expire or you clear them.
Cookies are scoped to the website that set them. A cookie set by uselieva.com is readable by uselieva.com, not by other sites you visit. Nothing in a cookie on this site has any connection to the traces, runs, or provider keys in your Lieva workspace; those live behind your account, not in a browser file.
The three categories
We sort every cookie into one of three buckets by what it is for. Strictly necessary cookies are the only ones that run before you make a choice, because the site cannot work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you turn them on.
Changing your choices
You can change what you allow at any time. Open the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page, flip analytics or marketing on or off, and save. Your choice is stored for a year, and you can come back and change it as often as you like.
Rejecting analytics and marketing changes nothing about your access. The site still works, you can still sign in, read the docs, join the waitlist, and use the dashboard. The only effect of rejecting is that we stop counting the page and funnel metrics described above; nothing about the product gates behind your cookie choice.
Third parties
We keep the list of outside parties short and name them so you know exactly who can set a cookie when you use this site.
- Vercel hosts the site and runs Web Analytics. Hosting uses strictly necessary cookies to serve and secure pages; its privacy-friendly Web Analytics is part of the analytics bucket and runs only after you opt in.
- PostHog provides product analytics — which pages you open and how far you get in the waitlist funnel. Its cookies sit in the analytics bucket and are not set until you opt in.
- Stripe sets cookies only on its own checkout domain, for fraud prevention and to complete a payment. Those cookies are set by Stripe during checkout, not by uselieva.com, and only if you start a payment.
